Iceland
Moss - Cetraria islandica - CAUTION:
Prolonged use or excessive dosage may cause gastrointestinal irritation and
liver problems.
Nettle
- Urtica dioica - CAUTION:
Do not eat old plants uncooked; they can produce symptoms of poisoning or even
kidney damage. Handle the fresh plant with care as the hairy stems act like
hypodermic needles, injecting a substance that is irritating under the skin.
