Herbs with Cholagogue Properties

Artichokes, Black Root*, Burdock*, Calendula, Cat's Foot, Chicory, Dandelion, Elder*, Elecampane, European Centaury, Fern, Fumitory, Garlic, Heather, Hedge Bindweed*, Hemp Agrimony, Lavender, Linden, Milfoil*, Milk Thistle, Mint, Mouse Ear, Mugwort*, Olive, Radish*, Red Pimpernel*, Rosemary*, Senna*, Soapwort, Turtlebloom, Wormwood*, Yellow Dock, Yellow Gentian, Blue or American Gentian, Fringed Gentian, Stiff Gentian or Gallweed.

 Red Pimpernel - Anagallis arvensis - CAUTION: Unwanted internal effects may occur with improper dosages. Fresh leaves can cause dermatis.

Burdock - Arctium lappa - CAUTION: The seeds contain an oil that is used medicinally, but only under medical supervision.
